In order to assist you properly, we ask that you bring the following items with you:

A Photo identification card
Written proof on any immunizations
Payment is made with either cash or credit card

The exam requirements will vary by age and physical status. Each exam requires a minimum of a medical history, a tuberculosis (TB) test, and physical exam. For your convenience, the I-693 USCIS forms will be provided.

Also, the USCIS medical exam has several time and procedural requirements that must be met. This includes constraints on the immunizations and testing as well as the exam itself. All individuals over 15 years old will need a blood test. Our staff will assist you in understanding all USCIS medical exam requirements to make sure your needs are met.

Following your exam, you must return to the clinic within 2 to 3 days in order for your test results to be read and validated by the Civil Surgeon. In most cases, your laboratory tests will be available at that time.

Also, please note that a positive result of the TB skin test requires a chest x-ray to determine whether TB is present.
